Acceptable Use Policy

To keep CelestLabs safe and lawful, you agree not to use the service for the following. These restrictions are CelestLabs policy and apply to any output you generate. Where the weights a model is built on carry use-based restrictions of their own, those restrictions apply on top. Feather is built on Open RAIL-M weights, whose use restrictions pass through directly.

Prohibited uses

• Violating any applicable law, or facilitating illegal or harmful activity.
• Generating a person's voice or impersonating any individual or organisation without their explicit consent, or in a way intended to deceive.
• Creating audio that is defamatory, harassing, hateful, or that incites violence or discrimination against individuals or groups.
• Fraud, scams, phishing, social engineering, or spreading disinformation or content designed to mislead about its synthetic origin where disclosure is required.
• Generating sexual content involving minors, or any content that exploits or harms children.
• Producing medical, legal, or financial advice presented as human or authoritative without appropriate disclosure and qualification.
• Circumventing usage limits, security controls, or attempting to reverse-engineer or extract the underlying model.

Voice cloning and consent

If you clone a voice, you are responsible for holding the speaker's explicit, informed consent for that use, and for keeping a record of it. We do not verify consent at enrollment, so this obligation rests with you. Do not clone a voice from audio you found, scraped or bought without the speaker's permission.

Disclosure of synthetic audio

Where your use could reasonably mislead listeners into believing the audio is a recording of a real person, you must clearly disclose that the audio is AI-generated. We do not watermark generated audio today, so disclosure is your responsibility.

Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and suspend or terminate access. Serious or illegal misuse may be reported to the appropriate authorities.
